TWG's Don't-Snooze-You'll-Lose Deal Day with..... (2)

It feels like ages ago that I had a ‘TWG don’t snooze’ blog post! For that I apologise, but, for those that follow my blog regularly, you will notice that TWG has been a busy bee. But, today, I come bearing gifts…well, the gift of a gorgeous book cover and the details for you to purchase for under £1? That’s a gift, right?

Why do good girls fall for bad boys?

Tamara leaves London and puts ten thousand miles between her and her ex. But as she vows to start over, she meets Jake – and life gets more complicated than she could ever have imagined.

Jake is the direct competitor for the family business, and a man with a dark secret, and Tamara struggles to fight her attraction to him as she deals with secrets of her own and an ex who refuses to give up.

Tamara is soon drawn in to the small community of Brewer Creek where she becomes the coordinator for an old fashioned Friendship Tree – a chart telling people who they can call on in times of trouble. And before long, she realises the Friendship Tree does a lot more than organise fundraising events and working bees; it has the power to unite an entire town.

Should you ever try to run from your past?

-swoons at the book cover-. It’s B-E-A-uuuuutiful!!!! The book has just had a make-over and to celebrate that, Helen Rolfe has knocked the price down to a mere 99p! What better timing for a book deal, than….oh wait…can you keep a secret? Are you sure? Helen has a new book out soon, but shhhhhhh!!!!
If you wish to secretly, ahem, nosey at Helen’s upcoming book, or maybe even be tempted by a couple of her other books, you can do so HERE!

If ‘The Friendship Tree’ makes you want to plant your own tree, or read a few, then all you have to do is head onto Amazon UK, and you’ll have your own friendship tree in a matter of seconds!

‘The Friendship Tree’ is on offer at 99p for A LIMITED TIME ONLY! By limited time, I really do mean that. It is looking likely that the deal will be no more as of early next week, so you literally have a few days to make use of the book deal before you lose, from snoozing!

As always, if you have read any of Helen’s other novels, please do leave a review over on Amazon and Goodreads. It doesn’t have to be the length of War and Peace, as long as it is constructive, I can’t imagine the author docking marks on the length! Reviews are vital for authors as it helps their books be seen and supported. After all, reviews to authors are like the GBBO to BBC One; necessary.

TWG’s Don’t-Snooze-You’ll-Lose Deal Day With….(@suewatsonwriter) @LittleBrownUK

At the weekend I told you that this month would be full of brilliant book deals, I wasn’t lying! Today’s book deal is courtesy of one of my all time favourite authors, and her latest release.
An author who believes that lemon cake fits nicely with love and lies. An author who wanted to channel her inner Mary Berry and bring bake off to a book, with Bella. An author who, next month, will have another scrumptious book for us to read about cake…and Christmas…and cake…

Any guesses who I might mean? Of course, it’s none other than the very talented and wonderful Sue Watson! I LOVE this lady, she has swiftly become one of my good friends. I can personally vouch for this book today as I wrote a review for it when it was released:

Blog Tour! ‘We’ll Always Have Paris’ with Sue Watson!

It is a 99p book ladies and gentlemen!!!!

Does first love deserve a second chance?

When she was almost seventeen, Rosie Draper locked eyes with a charismatic student called Peter during their first week at art college, changing the course of her life forever. Now, on the cusp of sixty-five and recently widowed, Rosie is slowly coming to terms with a new future. And after a chance encounter with Peter, forty-seven years later, they both begin to wonder ‘what if’ . . .

Told with warmth, wit and humour, We’ll Always Have Paris is a charming, moving and uplifting novel about two people; the choices they make, the lives they lead and the love they share.

I probably sound like a worn out record, but, just like the other books that feature on the deal day, all deals are on for a LIMITED TIME ONLY. Unless of course a date is specified. At 99p for such a brilliant read, it is definitely one of my top books of the year (and I have read many already). Please don’t snooze with this one as you will regret it!

If you already have read this book, or any others of Sue’s, please go and support her by writing a review. Don’t think of it like an essay, it can be a wonderfully written, constructive two lined review, at least you have written one! Authors really do thrive on the constructive reviews that they are given. Think of reviews to authors like the Eiffel Tower to Paris….

The Summer sale on Amazon is drawing to a close, much faster than anyone actually anticipated! I mean, it was only Easter yesterday! Okay, it wasn’t, I wish it was though as I really fancy chocolate! Speaking of which, as I type this post, it has come to light that Gene Wilder, formally known as Willy Wonka, has passed away. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl was brought to life in such a memorable film. Your life is your own Golden Ticket. RIP Willy Wonka.

To perk you up a little bit after the sad news, I have three books for you today. All three books are on offer at 99p and will return to their full price at the end of the summer holidays. To avoid disappoint, it would be in your interest to buy now. Why? Because if you snooze, you’ll LOSE. Right? Here is all the information you will need to give yourself a lovely Monday treat with three brand new books.

Sun on Sundays is an emotionally compelling tale of family and friendship and hope.

Carrie-Ann is 19 and in love with Tom; she always has been, yet their worlds only touch every other weekend. She had thought that by agreeing to work for Maggie on Nutt Hill she would get see far more of him, but sadly not. Fortunately, Maggie is a sucker for young love and despite Carrie-Ann keeping her years of yearning close to her chest, one day Tom turns up on the hill.
Will he ever see her the way she wants to be seen? Sometimes these things need a helping hand…

Luke is the man with the money, the fast car and the hot woman. There’s no way he would even think about getting serious, but a face he can’t remember soon threatens his calm.
Rebecca isn’t interested in a relationship, and definitely not with him. How could she, after all he put her through? She’s spent the last 4 years hiding away from society, a one woman crusade for children’s road safety. Who would have thought one fateful day, it might almost be her … again.
As two worlds collide, will opposites attract?
Not if she can help it.

Today’s book will give you change from £2. Plus, it’s also part of a series (can be read standalone though), and ar £1.99, it would be rude not to indulge in the third book. Right?

Two women, two very different lives – one perfect solution to a Christmas holiday fraught with potential pitfalls.

The Holiday Swap.

Florence Cortes has the perfect life – an apartment in the trendiest district of Barcelona, a job she loves and a boyfriend who’s whisking her away on a romantic break to Paris to no doubt propose.
Only, he’s planning something far different, and Flo soon realises her life isn’t so perfect after all.

Home loving Daisy Fischer is perfectly happy in her idyllic home in the Cheshire countryside, with an on-off boyfriend who might be slightly dull but is totally dependable. Until he issues an ultimatum, and Daisy suddenly realises that there might be a whole different world out there that she’s missing out on.

Have Flo and Daisy come up with the perfect solution to escape festive heartbreak?
Can a snowbound Christmas in Cheshire – with aristocratic, handsome Hugo as her neighbour, a house full of animals and a leaking roof – help Flo mend her broken heart, and remind her of what she really wants in life?

Can a sunny break in beautiful Barcelona – with the dishy but brooding Javier, a never-ending supply of cava, and a sea view to die for – prove to Daisy that playing safe isn’t always the answer?

Love actually does seem to be all around this Christmas – and in the places Flo and Daisy least expect to find it, but where will they be for New Year.

I am rather excited about this one, and luckily for me, I don’t have to wait too long to read it as it is next on my TBR list #bloggerperks. If this book sounds right up your snow-covered alley, you can pre-order it right now from Amazon UK. The magic book fairy will ping it onto your kindle on the 2nd September! Keep and eye out for TWG’s review before then, and I will keep an eye out for all your reviews of Zara’s books too!

It’s that time again!! TWG’s Don’t-Snooze-You’ll-Lose Deal Day With….

Anyway, put Amazon in front of me open at the AMAZING book deals, I become even worse! A shaking, indecisive….mess. Wait, wait, that’s the weather. Isn’t it?
To save you becoming a TWG double, I am bringing the deals to you (don’t say I’m not good to you)! Plus, they’re brilliant deals today (as always), so, you probably won’t have to decide anything as you’ll buy them both!

Today’s TWG deal is from the incredibly talented and very humble author (who is SO, SO lovely fyi); Amanda Prowse!!
Both books are currently on offer at 99p EACH, again, LIMITED TIME ONLY so you really need to be quick on these. The prices could go up at any time, and, seeing as one of the books is currently a ‘Best Seller’, I wouldn’t be surprised if the price goes up sooner rather than later. That said, authors we love are worth every penny, but if they’re on a deal, it’s an excuse to buy more, right?

First up:

‘Another Love’ currently has 186 5* reviews on Amazon, 99p is a bargain. The starry book can be bought from Amazon UK
